Introduction to CrossFit at GroGar
CrossFit GroGar offers a 4-class On-Ramp program. These hour-long classes are on a flexible schedule based on new members’ and coaches’ availability. These classes focus on teaching the basic movements including weight lifting, gymnastics, and cardio. The majority of the one-hour session focuses on technique practice and concludes with a high-intensity workout of the day similar to our CrossFit classes.
The On-Ramp program helps new members practice and learn CrossFit movements before joining our regular CrossFit classes. Current members can join the On-Ramp classes using their existing membership if they’d like to review technique and basics.

Pricing:
4-Class On-Ramp Pass: $140
After completing all four on-ramp classes, the pass converts into an Unlimited membership for the remainder of the month.
