CrossFit Classes
Our group training classes accommodate all skill levels from the novice to the experienced CrossFit athlete. Smaller classes enable our coaches to evaluate and adjust the movements of each athlete during class.
Group training provides the camaraderie, support, and motivation from like-minded folks, you push past your previous limits and discover capabilities you never thought possible. The shared experience facilitates personal growth and a sense of community.
Foundations On-Ramp
Our Foundations On-Ramp program is recommended for anyone new to CrossFit. It is designed to lay the foundation of understanding for our core movements and lifts that we use in any given CrossFit class. We created GroGar On-Ramp to develop confidence in all new members so that you feel safe and empowered in our group classes. On-Ramp is scheduled outside of our regular class times and is at your convenience along with one of our experienced CrossFit coaches. On-Ramp members get 4 one-on-one sessions and then have unlimited access to classes for the remaining of the calendar month.
Olympic Lifting
Designed to get you lifting and improving strength and power, in relation to the sport of Olympic Lifting. Complete beginners are very welcome, Olympic Lifting is a fun and absorbing sport that will challenge you both physically and mentally. This Coach led, small class is very detail oriented as we work on these lifts.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is the foundation to lifelong health and plays an important role in maximizing your performance in the gym and quite frankly, many aspects of day to day life. Our Nutrition coaching is designed to meet our members wherever they are in their nutrition journey. We support them every step of the way with coaching, insights from data and overall guidance on creating a happier, healthier relationship with food.
Personal Training
Do you have a specific goal you are wanting to achieve that will require individual and specialized training? Or maybe you enjoy working out in a more intimate setting that is away from crowds. Our coaches will work 1-on-1 with you to create custom program based specifically on your goals and fitness needs. Personal training is offered in 60 minute, 45 minute, or 30 minute increments.

Health and wellness has always been an essential part of our lives. We first tried CrossFit since 2007. Immediately, we both fell in love with the class atmosphere and people pushing one another to be better.
While developing as coaches since 2016, we have often talked about opening our own affiliate and this past fall we built a brand new facility from the ground up to serve the local community with CrossFit in mind.
We live, breathe, and sweat CrossFit’s fundamentals and we are constantly enhancing our ability to train athletes of all levels. With our years of coaching experience across a wide array of clientele and, most importantly, a devoted passion to help other reach their goals, we embarked on the journey to grow our home garage gym to become an official CrossFit affiliate.
